The King Shocks Toy Drive

Created with the community in mind.

About the Event

If you attended last year’s event, you’ll know that 2023’s event was filled with over 80 vendors spread over 3 city blocks. With all the wonderful feedback received, we decided to revision the event.

This year, in conjunction with the city of Garden Grove, we’ve expanded the foot print to over 4 city blocks. This includes space for over 100 Vendors, Music, a Food court, RC car track, VSA (Vehicle Showcase Area), Monster Truck Display, BMX / MTB demos, and a street dedicated to a King Shocks action sports arena.

The best part is that the event will benefit La Casa and other Non-Profit Orgs.

King Shocks (ASA) Action Sports Area

This is a sectioned off area on Lampson Ave. in between Edison Way. and Industry St. designed for truck jumping demos by high flyers like Blake Wilkey, Michael Cox and Terra Crew.

Ways to Contribute

You can contribute to this cause in three ways. One way is bringing an unwrapped toy to be exchanged for a raffle ticket to win prizes donated by our awesome sponsors. The second is raffle tickets will be available for purchase during the event and will also enter you into the raffle. The third is signing up your vehicle for the showcase. Here you can display your build with all the money raised being donated to La Casa.

Non-Profit Orgs

LaCasa is an all-volunteer organization, funded 100% by donations, brought together to support abandoned, neglected and abused children in Orange County. LaCasa continues to focus on and support these children in Orange County at Orangewood. Our main objective is to enhance the environment of the children undergoing this difficult transition with memories of love and caring while providing positive activities and adventures to nurture and to remember. LaCasa is committed to making special memories for the children while they are in residence at Orangewood. Through LaCasa's activities, Orangewood's children are able to forget their troubled past, if even for just a few hours. These activities also allow the children to enjoy the simple pleasures of being a child.
